I love just about everything pumpkin, so I'll have to give these a try. Thanks for the recipe!<br /><br />We don't exactly have "leftover" pumpkin puree, but I make upwards of 20 cups of it each year after baking my pumpkins. We make pumpkin chocolate chip cookies, pumpkin soup, pumpkin pasta sauce, pumpkin pie, add it to pancake mix...
