Yesterday my girl friend and I made a trip to a great farm/veggie market in Richmond, BC, the Richmond Country Farm. So my fridge is fully stocked and this week's meals are based around the awesome spray-free and local veggies.
That means that the theme of this week's meals is simple and easy!
