I'm so confused. This weather is bizarre. We had a crazy storm that knocked out power for two days, and it was as if fall had fully set in. It was chilly and misty in the mornings. And now, out of the blue, it's smokin' hot again.
So what does one cook when one day it's too hot to be in the kitchen and the next you're craving comfort food? I have no idea, but here's my stab at it.

What are you eating this week?
Chips with an egg on top?! I never even thought about that! :o
ReplyDeleteOMG, Gigi, you HAVE to try chilequiles. They're basically fried corn tortillas smothered in salsa verde and crema with eggs on top - my cheater's microwave version is super easy and fast, for those quick fix cravings. I crave chilequiles like I crave sushi and chocolate ;)
