Gluten free food in the Minneapolis airport

Hubby and I flew from Wisconsin to Vancouver, BC yesterday and had a stopover on Minneapolis. Normally airports are nightmares for people with gluten intolerance, but I  just have to share how impressed I was by the gluten free options at the French Meadows Bakery and Cafe inside the airport.

It turns out there are two locations inside the airport, one near Gate C and one near Gate F. The C-gate one is larger, I believe and has a full service area as well as a cafe stand.

I had a gluten free tuna melt sandwich and picked up a yummy gf bagel (with all kinds of lovely seeds in it) to have for breakfast this morning. So if you happen to have a layover in Minneapolis I definitely recommend French Meadow bakery!

  1. I'm glad you were able to find somewhere that offered good gluten free options! That can be a real challenge, particularly in airports. Pinned and will tweet. Thank you for sharing with the Hearth and Soul hop.
