My Gluten Free Weekly Meal Plan

Not much to report this week, except that the typical West Coast winter rains have finally returned, washing away the snow and ice that were piling up and making life difficult!

So in honour of the West Coast, I've included sushi rolls on this week's meal plan, along with some stew and ragout and other tasty dishes.

Week of: January 22 - 27
Breakfasts: Matcha Mug Cake, Homemade Greek Yogurt with home canned peaches and also with No-oats, No-Bake Protein Bars 
Hubby’s making pasta

Snacks & Lunches: Baked Root Vegetable Fries, Vegan, Gluten Free Sweet Bean Paste Buns, Gluten Free Gourmet Pear Pizza
