My Gluten Free Weekly Meal Plan

Here we go again, I'm back on the meal planning wagon! Every time I fall off I realize how much better things are when I'm planning. We buy and throw away less food, I waste less time trying to decide what to make, we eat better, and I experiment more.

So here we are, another gluten free weekly meal plan! And it's mostly one-pot meals, cuz you know I hate doing dishes ;)

Week of: April 16 – 22, 2016

Spartan Beans and Greens with leftover Herb Biscuit Buns to dip into the sauce
Leftover Jambalaya (it’s even better the next day!)
Easy Pizza Crust and Olive Tapenade (or possibly BBQ chicken pizza…)
Scrounging in the fridge = dinner surprise! ;)
