My Gluten Free Weekly Meal Plan

I'm a little behind this weekend but finally got around to putting together a meal plan. Thank goodness for these little things, though. Although sometimes I think I don't have the time to sit down for a few minutes and put one together, ultimately it saves a lot of time and decision-making throughout the week! 

And now that things are cooling off here in the West Coast and fall is definitely encroaching, I'm leaning towards warm and hearty foods, like warm salads, stews, and stir frys.

So here it is, my gluten free weekly meal plan!

Week of: September 26 – October 2, 2015
Breakfasts: Chickpea Flat Bread and Veggie Scrambles from my cookbook Living with Oral Allergy Syndrome, GF, Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls
Vegetable Stew with Homemade Chicken Stock
Insalata Mista (a large salad of mixed greens, with tuna, olives, grape tomatoes, and a simple olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing)
Warm kale and pea salad with baked red snapper and pasta
Out for Dinner
Dinner party at our house, menu TBD!
