Here we go again, I'm back on the meal planning wagon! Every time I fall off I realize how much better things are when I'm planning. We buy and throw away less food, I waste less time trying to decide what to make, we eat better, and I experiment more.
So here we are, another gluten free weekly meal plan! And it's mostly one-pot meals, cuz you know I hate doing dishes ;)
