Last weekend I didn't meal plan because we were invited at the last minute to join some friends at a lovely cabin on the waterfront off the coast of British Columbia. It was a wonderful little getaway, but now that I'm back in the real world, I'm back at meal planning!
The weather is definitely heating up here, so there are a couple of my "warm-weather" dishes this week, including sushi and green juice.
