My Gluten Free Weekly Meal Plan

Here we go again! Another week of mostly vegan, gluten free breakfasts, lunches, and dinners (and a few snacks).
Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls

Week of: May 14 - 20
Chili Lime and Black Bean Mexican Galette  I’m also throwing some chicken bones and veggies into the crockpot to make Chicken Noodle Soup
Dinner with the in-laws
Out for dinner with hubby and friends
Trying out lasagna in the crock pot
Red Lentil Burgers with grilled veggies and Homemade BBQ sauce
Snacks & Lunches: Mung Bean and Turmeric Curry, leftover lunches, Hint of Orange Oatmeal Cookies,
